Welco Technology (Shenzhen) Factory (WTSJ) was established in 1986 at Shajing, Shenzhen, People's Republic of China (PRC) with around 5,000 employees. In 1996, Welco was ISO 9002 certified and on May 10, 2001, an "A" Class Enterprise Award was issued to the company, signifying that our outstanding performance had received due acknowledgment from the government.

Our Location Only 50 minutes from the Hong Kong border or just 30 minutes from Shenzhen city, our factory is well located so that customers can conveniently visit the premises to oversee production whenever they are in Hong Kong.

WTSJ is committed to providing hi-caliber professional services to ensure our customers' satisfaction. Consistent success of all customers can only be ensured through stringent quality controls throughout the manufacturing value chain. In doing so, we have not only implemented various quality plans but also striven for continuous improvement via the implementation of Six Sigma Program. We are qualified on ISO9002, ISO9001 version 2000, QS9000, and TL9000 on some of our products. All these qualifications
are a good illustration on our devotion to quality plans and control.

We, at WTSJ, acknowledge the importance of environmental protection. We constantly review our operational processes to ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally conscious practices. Our environmental policy acts as a crucial element in the foundation of Wong's management. Under this policy, we strive to:

• Prevent pollution through ongoing evaluation of manufacturing processes and material with a view to eliminate or minimize adverse environmental impact due to hazardous substances or waste.
• Conserve all resources through efficient usage.
• Meet all relevant requirements of our environmental management system.
• Achieve continual improvement in our environmental management system performance through regular audits and periodic review of management system effectiveness.
• Share and address this policy concern at all levels of our staffing structure.

In addition, WTSJ is ISO14001 EMS (Environmental Management System) certified since Feb 2001.

Global Supply Management
Aiming to stay as close to our customers as possible, Wong's has centralized its global supply management and extended that service for global sourcing and purchasing to our factory at Suzhou, China. Through centralization, we are able to enjoy greater economy of scale and to consolidate our supply sources, as well as reduce material costs and lead times. These benefits will certainly be passed down to our customers to better achieve cost efficient and effective production.
