| To ensure speedy and accurate communication between our sales team, factory, and customers, Wong's has set up an Information Network Management System (INMS). The mission of INMS is to provide real-time access to information so that decisions can be rationalized and made speedily. We offer the INMS advantage to our customers through the Customer Service Information (CSI) interface where customers can obtain vital real-time process and production information, material, shipment and order status.
The INMS system is implemented at Wong's Manufacturing facilities. It captures production data from the production floor in real-time. Every PCB is assigned an unique barcode label with Wong's serial number. The processing of each product is governed by a routing table that is also set up in the INMS to ensure that no process or procedure is skipped or overlooked.
The production operators simply use the scanner for data capturing during the production process. This, in turn, results in generating the production quality and yields data in real-time. All this information can be shared with our customers anytime, anywhere via the Internet with the use of a browser.
